Kevin and Leayra

A few weekends ago, I was in Smithers doing a variety of work ~ including this Engagement Session with Kevin and Leayra. Since I didn’t have a car, they picked me up at my hotel and we drove around to a number of places for our morning session. Our first stop was the Smithers Golf and Country Club. It honestly was not planned….I had no clue that Leayra’s red hair would match perfectly with the winter trees in the background. Needless to say it was a very pleasant surprise as I loaded all my files and saw that everything, from their outfits to the trees, were matching. And then the snow. My goodness. It was as though those big flakes were cued up exactly for us while we played around on the bridge in Telkwa.

We spent quite a bit of time at the firehall in Telkwa. Kevin and Leayra are from Burns Lake, but the hall in Telkwa was gracious enough to let us come and hang out with their trucks and in their space. It was a first for me and I always welcome something different! I really appreciate it when couples consider things that are important to them or places they enjoy going or even things they like to do together ~ it really makes the session their own.
